WHEN DO YOU DELIVER?

Deliveries are made from around 8.00am to 1.00pm. Collections are made from 6.00pm. In the busy summer months we deliver and collect on a geographical round basis, we do try to be as flexible as possible. If you require specific delivery times please inform us at the time of your booking. We accommodate exact delivery and collection times for indoor hall parties or if you are organising a school fete.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL?

Our inflatables are delivered on a sack barrow and we need an adequate clear access for this (approximately 3ft depending on the inflatable ordered). Please ensure the paths or access to your garden are free from obstacles, we will need access to mains power electricity with 50 metres of where you would like the unit sited. We can supply a petrol generator for you to hire if there is no access to mains electricity. Please prepare the site prior to our arrival, in the summer months we run to a tight schedule to ensure all our customers are delivered to and collected from on time. Our delivery staff may not be able to wait whilst the access and or site is cleared and prepared.

ON WHAT SURFACE CAN THE INFLATABLE BE SET UP ON?

we can on any hard surface, such as patio, concrete, tarmac, rubber, and artificial grass, and heavy weighted sand bags are used for all areas as mentioned above to secure the inflatables to the surface. And of course grass and soft ground, Soft surfaces are staked to the ground, and for safety reasons any inflatable outdoors must be sited on reasonably flat surfaces (slight slopes are acceptable),The site area needs to be free from stones, sharp objects such as washing line pole sockets, dog mess and excessive mud. If there are any overhanging trees or bushes encroaching on the site area of the inflatable, these will need to be pruned back prior to our arrival. The unit cannot be sited where any side of it is brushing up against bushes, trees, fences etc….Barbecues must not be sited within 8 feet of the inflatable.

DO YOU BELONG TO ANY TRADE ASSOCIATIONS?

We are fill members of the B.I.H.A. (British Inflatable Hirers Association) and the F.S.B. (Federation of small businesses).

DO YOU HIRE CASTLES OVERNIGHT?

Overnight hire is available on selected bouncy castles. Two forms of identification are required for overnight hire.

WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?

If it is raining on the day of your party we may telephone you to see if you want to take a chance on the weather. The bulk of our castles have shower covers fitted in case the weather is not as forecast. We do not charge for the cancellations due to bad weather, providing you cancel before we leave base to deliver your inflatable

DO YOU FULLY INSTALL THE INFLATABLE?

We do everything for you. We deliver and fully install the inflatable and safety mats ready for use. We will give you and go through with you written safety instructions which lists all the do’s and dont's , for example, what to do if there should be a heavy cloudburst etc and collect and fully dismantle all equipment at the end of your booking.

WILL THE INFLATABLE GO IN A HALL?

All our inflatable equipment is suitable for a hall. The height of each castle is given in the description, always enquire with the hall you are booking with as to the height of the ceiling. We have catered for many parties in halls over the years, please contact us with the name of your venue, we may be familiar with the hall and we will be happy to advise you.

DO YOU HIRE ADULT EQUIPMENT?

We do stock adult grade inflatables, sumo suits, and gladiator joust which are specifically designed for adult use. If you are organising an event or party where adults will need to used the equipment please order adult grade units. Adult equipment is made very differently from children’s castles, adults using children’s castles cause damage to castles and injury to users.

DO YOU OFFER INFLATABLES FOR HIRE FOR SCHOOL FETES?

We do hire equipment for school fetes. We offer packages which are ideal for school fetes or private family parties. Please call or Email us for more details.

IF I NEED TO CLEAN THE CASTLE WHAT CAN I USE?

Our inflatables are thoroughly checked and cleaned prior to every hire. If it is necessary to clean any spoiling prior to us collecting at the end of your hire then only hot soapy water (fairly liquid) can be used to clean the castle. Chemical cleaning agents must not be used. It is important to clean any marks quickly. Face paints for example, must be cleaned off immediately whilst it is still wet, if not the face paint will permanently stain the castle.

DO YOU HAVE PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE?

Our equipment is supplied under protection of a Public Liability Policy, which is subject to the terms and conditions of hire. You are responsible for supervision. We will provide written safety instructions THAT are based on current HSE guidelines.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SET UP?

It takes approximately 15-20 minutes to install or collect our equipment depending on which inflatable is ordered and ease of access.

CAN I COLLECT THE INFLATABLE FROM YOU?

We need to install and collect our inflatables ourselves for safety reasons and insurance constraints.

DO I NEED TO SHOW IDENTIFICATION?

We do need to see two forms of identification for overnight bookings. A utility bill showing your address and another form of ID showing your name and signature, such as a driving license. We will be unable to proceed with the hire is you fail to provide identification.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY BOOKING?

We do not charge for cancellations due to bad weather. If you need to make a cancellation please notify us as soon as possible.

HOW DO I MAKE A BOOKING?

Please book online and Payment can be made via PAY PAL By Credit Card or Payment is required upon delivery by either cash or cheque supported by a guarantee card or Pay via Bank Transfer.

Delivery Policy

The cost of delivering to a particular area will be revealed when you choose this area. We may be able to deliver outside the areas available on our website. If you are outside of the areas shown on our website, please contact us to see if we can help you out.

If we are unable to provide your delivery due to adverse weather, vehicle failure, illness or any other factor, we will inform you of this at the earliest possible opportunity. Delivery times can be arranged during the booking process.

Please ensure that there is adequate space for our products, that the location our products will be sited is accessible, and that you have cleared the area of mess and debris. We will be unable to provide a refund if we cannot deliver your product due to a lack of space or accessibility or due to an inappropriate location.
